一、 本案係依衛生福利部國民健康署委託「台灣癌症登記工作計畫」辦理。
二、 依據2019年9月出版WHO Classification of Tumours第5版Digestive System Tumours，經近期諮詢台灣病理學會專家後，修訂結直腸腫瘤（C18.0-C20.9）High-grade dysplasia（HGD）組織型態編碼申報規則如下，此修訂將納入於109年底公告之「107年版台灣癌症登記摘錄手冊v.3」。

**：若病理報告僅描述High-grade dysplasia。
三、 針對目前107年版台灣癌症登記摘錄手冊總論內容提及結直腸腫瘤之Dysplasia (intraepithelial neoplasia), high grade編碼為8148/2，係於WHO第4版所描述；然因第5版更詳細說明該8148/2所對應之Inflammatory bowel disease-associated dysplasia組織型態實屬罕見，故將請醫院異動此類個案。
四、 為維護癌症登記資料庫之正確性，請由提供之HGD複查名單，重新檢視病理報告上所描述之組織型態，依上表編入適當編碼後，進行異動申報，該修正作業截止日期至109年11月30日止。
五、 相關名單俟第一季資料全部入檔後 (預計5月下旬)，系統會寄EMAIL通知貴院窗口，屆時請至「癌症篩檢與追蹤管理資訊整合系統」https://hosplab.hpa.gov.tw/CSTIIS/index.aspx，下載貴院已申報之結直腸腫瘤（C18.0-C20.9）High-grade dysplasia（HGD）複查名單，請依據院際複查方式（參考癌登109002 號通知文內容），下載名單後進行線上回覆與異動申報。
