[癌登第103012號通知文] 依據新出版WHO Classification of Tumours，新增ICD-O-3編碼與敘述，請貴院依說明段辦理

本案係依衛生福利部國民健康署委託「台灣癌症登記工作計畫」辦理。
自103年第4季申報之所有個案起，可依據附件新增的ICD-O-3編碼或敘述申報。
附件提供之編碼係依據WHO Classification of Tumours of the Breast (2012)、Pathology and Genetics of Tumours of Soft Tissue and Bone (2013)、WHO Classification of Tumours of Female Genital Organs (2014)新增編碼彙整而成，因2000年出版之ICD-O-3編碼不敷使用，且現行病理報告按最新組織型態記載，故提供最新病理組織型態編碼供醫院使用。
