一、 本案係依衛生福利部國民健康署委託「台灣癌症登記工作計畫」辦理。
二、 因應癌登第111006號通知文第五點所述，修訂甲狀腺癌Solid Tumor Rules (Other Sites)，請詳見附件1。
三、 針對2022診斷年起，個案組織型態新增代碼申報原則，摘錄如下：
(1) Clear cell papillary renal cell carcinoma (C64.9)編碼為8323/1 (WHO classification of tumours 4th)，無需申報。因避免carcinoma敘述產生誤會，在新版WHO classification of tumours 5th已更名為Clear cell papillary renal cell tumour。
(2) Low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm (LAMN) (C18.1) [Beginning with cases diagnosed 1/1/2022 forward, LAMN should be assigned a behavior code of /2] Note: Effective 1/1/2022, LAMN becomes reportable and is coded 8480/2, unless the pathologist indicates invasive behavior, which is coded 8480/3. 即從2022年1月1日起新診斷Low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm (LAMN) (C18.1)個案，編碼8480/2，需申報。[更新癌登第107004號通知文第二、(2)]
(3) Adult granulosa cell tumor of ovary (C56.9)編碼由8620/1變為8620/3，需申報。Adult granulosa cell tumor of testis (C62._) 仍維持8620/1，無需申報。
(4) Gastroblastoma (C16._)編碼由8976/1變為8976/3，需申報。
四、 近年依據WHO Classification of Tumours 第 5 版所彙整最新病理組織型態編碼表，統整適用於 2022 診斷年以後個案之新增修訂處(附件二)與所有新增修訂處彙整表(附件三)，提供參考。
