一、本案係依衛生福利部國民健康署委託「台灣癌症登記工作計畫」辦理。
二、依國際癌症登記協會（IACR）及國際癌症研究署（IARC）最新公告，International Classification of Diseases for Oncology, 4th Edition（ICD-O-4）之主要編碼內容已在論文（https://doi.org/10.1016/j.canep.2026.102989）公開發表，包含ICD-O-4 topography與morphology主表，以及 ICD-O-3.2至ICD-O-4之異動對照資料（https://ars.els-cdn.com/content/image/1-s2.0-S1877782126000044-mmc1.xlsx與https://ars.els-cdn.com/content/image/1-s2.0-S1877782126000044-mmc2.xlsx兩表可下載）。有關ICD-O-4相關訊息可參閱IACR網站：https://the-iacr.net/en/standards/icd-o-4；惟正式ICD-O-4出版品（WHO publication）目前仍在編製中。
考量ICD-O-4為癌症分類與編碼制度之重大更新，涉及morphology編碼結構、部分topography/behavior code調整，以及新增多項腫瘤實體與解剖部位分類，本中心正辦理相關申報規範、系統程式及配套作業調整。
預計自明（116）年起正式導入ICD-O-4編碼作業，適用於115年新診斷個案。請各醫療院所預為因應，俾利後續申報作業順利銜接。相關ICD-O-4編碼對照資料及申報規範將另行公告。
三、於癌登第112005號通知文公告之神經內分泌腫瘤相關AJCC Version 9 TNM/Stage編碼對應表及第8、9版差異比較表，經醫院回饋指正後，確認共有6處內容需修正（詳見下方連結處PDF檔黃底標示處）。

- Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Duodenum and Ampulla of Vater：
新增pM1c: Microscopic confirmation of both hepatic and extrahepatic metastases。 - Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Jejunum and Ileum：
刪修T2: Tumor invades the muscularis propria or > 1 cm in greatest dimension with invasion of the mucosa or submucosa (刪除with invasion of the mucosa or submucosa) - Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Appendix：
pM1c: Microscopic confirmation of both hepatic and extrahepatic metastases (原差異處表格誤植為metastasis to sites other than peritoneum) - Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Colon and Rectum：
T1a: Tumor≦1 cm in greatest dimension (修正<1 cm為≦1 cm)
